Folks, In 1980 I started an oil company with the help of my loving wife Donna. With $3000.00, I bought a
1964 White oil truck and a load of oil from Quincy Oil Co.
Now after 36 years, I am proud to announce that I have
sold my oil company to my sons Richard and Christopher. I have the deepest confidence in both of them. They have
been involved in the business since they were kids. They did whatever they could to make my work a little easier.
Both know the business from the bottom up. They have done it all.
My wife Donna has
worked right along with me since we started the business. I could not have been so successful without her.
Donna will still be involved in the daily operation of the business. The woman refuses to get old.
hope to help my boys in any way I can but they will be in control of everything.
I would like to
thank everyone that I have had the pleasure to meet in this business. I wish all of you good health, happiness
and success at whatever you do.

Did you know US production of oil and natural gas in 2010 rose by the highest amounts ever recorded
since the US Energy Information (EIA) began publishing "proved reserves" estimates in 1977. The majority of
this increase has been in the Bakken Peninsula in North Dakota. Most has been on private land. This increase in production
of oil from tight formations (shale) was made possible by new drilling technology. North Dakota's unemployment
rate stands as 3%- Imagine that!
Everyone thinks of Saudi Arabia as the worlds biggest producer of oil (10,520,000,BPD).
Russia is a quiet second (10,270,000 BPD). The US is third and gaining on Russia and Saudi Arabaia (9,700,000
BPD). Next is Iran, a distant fourth (4,252,000 BPD).
Here are some interesting US government figures.
As of 12/31/09, the US government reported that the United States, including Alaska, had 20,682,000,000 barrels of crude oil
reserves. As of 12/31/10, that number inreased to 23,267,000,000 barrels of reserves. Thaat's an increase of 2586
million barrels of reserves. That is not a mistake, that's the figure. See For "E1A-23" annual surveyof
Domestic Oil and Gas Reserves.
